SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) has announced the appointment of Francesco Vanni d’Archirafi as a new independent member of its board. Francesco is an experienced global leader who has strategically increased revenues, profits, and shareholder value in both publicly traded and private financial services companies.

Francesco currently serves as Chairman of Euroclear Holding and Euroclear SA/NV. He is also Chairman of Verti S.p.A., a board member of Mapfre International S.A., Mapfre S.A., where he chairs the Audit and Compliance Committee. He held several leadership positions at Citi including CEO of Global Transaction Services and CEO of Citi Holdings. Francesco also served on the boards of Banco Nacional De Mexico SA, Private Export Funding Corporation, LCH Group Holdings Ltd., Citibank Europe plc, Citi International plc.
