CIIT Software revolutionizes Case-Management for Austrian Internet Ombudsstelle
Vienna (ots) – Since July 1, 2025, the Case-Management-Tool developed by CIIT Software has been successfully implemented at the Internet Ombudsstelle of the Austrian Institute of Applied Telecommunications (ÖIAT). This customized solution supports the Ombudsstelle in handling digital complaints more efficiently and systematically. The project is co-financed by the EU.
