INDAQUA Completes €358 Million Financing with Schroders Capital and Santander

INDAQUA, a leading company in the Iberian water and wastewater treatment sector, has successfully completed an additional financing of €358 million provided by Schroders Capital and Santander. This funding strengthens its capital structure and positions the company for further growth.
This milestone follows robust growth in its core market of Portugal and successful expansion into Spain, highlighting the strong position the company has built as the leading Iberian water platform in recent years.

INDAQUA operates long-term municipal water concessions serving over 810,000 people in Portugal. INDAQUA is a global leader in reducing non-revenue water, a key indicator of water losses, and has achieved a record-low level of water losses through a focus on operational efficiency.
