Dr. Ines Pelger has joined the management team of ADAC Service GmbH since March 2025. As an experienced expert in assistance and service solutions, she had previously transitioned from Allianz to ADAC SE in early 2024. While taking on her new role at ADAC Service GmbH, she will continue to serve as the Head of Department for „Service Operations“ at ADAC SE.
ADAC Service GmbH is responsible for managing partnerships between ADAC and the automotive and mobility industry. In her additional role, Ines Pelger will further drive the ongoing reorientation in the „Assistance“ sector that began in 2024. The management team of ADAC Service GmbH now consists of Dirk Fröhlich (CEO), Dr. Ines Pelger, and Dieter Birk.
Ines Pelger holds a Ph.D. in economics and has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Previously, she led Roadside & Home Assistance business unit at Allianz Partners Deutschland GmbH.
As Head of Department for „Service Operations“ at ADAC SE, Ines Pelger took on responsibility for a newly established unit dedicated to developing services from both member’s and customer’s perspectives within ADAC group companies such as international subsidiaries as well as service companies GKS Passau and DLC Halle.
